The Glare
By Johan Spence
Unafraid she stands
Looking in the mirror
Slowly clothes slip to the floor
Her beauty becomes clearer
Shoulders bare her breasts they share
The light that casts a glow
Throughout the room her mound in bloom
Where seed has yet to sow
Water falls her image fades
The fog it does consume
All links to a reality
She dare not break the mood
Fingertips caress the skin
Untouched by all but she
Sinful dreams have plagued her nights
Her curse virginity
Lower still her hands explore
Her body aches and yearns
Flesh responds and hardens fast
A fire starts to burn
Faster how the fire spreads
Scalded by desire
Gone in lust and ecstasy
A perfect human pyre
No escape she’s now a slave
The throws of one possessed
Fingers lost inside her mind
In darkness she does slip
And as her naked body lay
Next to the window bare
Judged a flawless masterpiece
By eyes beyond the glare
