Selene sat in front of the mirror, thinking about his lips.
He stood so close to her earlier that she could feel the warmth of his unsteady breath. At the time, everything else had seemed frozen and irrelevant. What fascinated her were his green eyes and the passion that reflected in them. She was unable to breathe. She was unable to move a muscle. She was unable to say anything.
She just stood there and ruined the entire acting scene.
“Cut! Selene! You were supposed to slip and fall into his arms there!”
Chalice Newton, the director, had been so fed up with her that he had announced an hour break afterwards. She had ran to him to explain that she was definitely going to get it right the next time but he wouldn’t hear it. He just pointed to her cabin and gave her a look that said, get it together Selene Ferrari or we will get someone else!
It was the look that she needed to get her head back in the game. Well, since the shooting began, it always hurt to know that she was unendingly attracted to her co-actor, Benjamin D. Cole. What hurt more was always having to act emotional scenes with him without actually kissing him, or getting him to touch her for long. The scenes were always short and his crew were always adamant to ferry him away before Selene had a chance to flirt with him.
It had been so many times on set and still nothing! Today is Val’s Day Selene, and again, your dream to get him to notice you for real is nowhere near started.
Selene was about to throw out her tongue at her reflection in the mirror when a light knock suddenly echoed in the cabin. She quickly checked the clock on the wall, wondering if the one hour break had quickly gone by. When the clock told her otherwise, she assumed it was one of her dress team members and hurried to open the door.
“Selene.”
Her entire muscles froze again. Selene stared at him for a while, wondering why his face and shoulders were just perfect. His tongue slowly wiggled out of his mouth as he stared at her, gently licking his lower lip. It was as if… as if he was pleased with what he was seeing.
It was too late before Selene realized it; she had rushed to the door in her panties and bra alone!
“You like what you see?”
Oh, you didn’t just say that Selene! She indeed had! Selene watched as he blinked twice, obviously affected by her words more than the robust shape of her boobs and the smooth skin of her thighs.
“Uh, I just wanted to wish you happy Val’s Day.” He finally whispered. “We have been too busy today to exchange pleasantries.”
Atta boy, Selene thought, you didn’t only come for that, did you?”
As if Benjamin could read her mind, he glanced once around her cabin and stepped closer to the door.
“May I come in?” he asked.
It was the last words that left his lips before Selene grabbed him by the collar and pulled him into the small room. There was a soft click behind him as their lips smashed together in a frenzied kiss.
His hands flew to the straps of her bra immediately, freeing the delicate material. When he pushed her towards the only sofa in the cabin, Selene gasped excitedly and widened her thighs to receive him. He stepped towards her, taking his time as he freed his fly and took off his shirt.
“I only wanted to….”
“… Yes, to exchange good-natured remarks.” Selene interrupted, “Now, come here and make today one of the best Valentine for me!”
His shorts and underwear dropped to the ground with a soft thud before he hurried towards her.
